  1. This is really helpful 💕. I love the 30 day challenge idea as it sounds like a great way to develop good healthy habits. I love walking so a step counter is so motivational. Yoga and swimming are my favourite exercises but not sure how you could use a swimming app? Thank you for sharing 😘 xx

  2. I also love the 30-day challenge idea! Not quite the same but I am currently on day 8 on 30 days of Yoga and having that count really helps to stay on track. I have never been a big fan of fitness tracking type apps but I like the sound of Google Fit. Will have to check it out!
