You know its funny, I did a post like this about 5ish months ago and yet everything has changed! I thought I knew what I wanted in life but I guess I didn’t!
As of 5 months ago I really wanted to be a teacher of some sort. Most likely Elementary. But now I really don’t know. I’ve gotten more in love with writing and has become a passion of mine so I would love to do something with writing but I just don’t see myself being a teacher. I mean if anything I could go into English literature that way I can still have my passion for writing and be a teacher. But it’s crazy to think the people’s put so much pressure on you to know what you want to do in life at a young age and I think that’s just bullshit. I mean if you know what you’re passionate about and what you want to do at a young age I think that’s amazing and I envy you but I’m not that person. My sister was in town from New Mexico and she is 26 and we were talking about what college course to take and stuff like that and she told me that up until 2 months ago she didn’t know what she wanted to do. And she’s 26.
I guess what I’m trying to say is that no matter how old you are it’s okay if you don’t know what you want to be in life. Just do something that makes you happy and something you want to do. I know that’s easier said than done but find the thing you’re passionate about and I’ll come to you one day.
