You’ll never hear this because I’ll never let you back into my life. But if I could say everything I wanted to, without filters, without holding back, this is what I’d say:

Fuck you.
You made my life hell. You turned home—a place that should have been safe—into a battlefield where I was always the casualty. And somehow, you always won. Even now, the scars, the bruises, the memories—they linger, long after the worst of it is over.

I hate that you made me feel like I was nothing. Like I didn’t deserve love, respect, or safety. I hate that even in your absence, I still feel the echoes of everything you did. I might heal, I might move forward, but the reminders will always be there.
But you know what? I’m reclaiming myself. I refuse to let your abuse define me. I refuse to let the pain you inflicted shape my future. Cutting you out was the hardest, bravest thing I’ve ever done, and I won’t regret it.
You’ll never break me again.
