A lot of you have asked me if I’d ever delete old posts especially the ones where I wrote about how I felt about certain people, whether good or bad. My answer is always the same: no.

I write about how I feel in the moment. And yes, feelings change. If you scroll back far enough, you’ll find posts where I was happy with my ex (spoiler: not happy with him now). Or even posts where I said I forgave Sarah and was glad to have a sister-like relationship with her… that didn’t last long.

But that’s the point. This space is meant to be real. It’s a safe place where whatever feelings we’re experiencing get to exist. Even if they shift, even if they don’t last, they were still true at the time. And that matters.
Deleting those posts would erase pieces of my journey. Every emotion joy, anger, forgiveness, regret is valid. It’s part of the story of who I was in that moment.
So no, I won’t delete a post just because my feelings have changed. This blog is about honesty, growth, and giving ourselves permission to feel it all.
