When I first got my iPad, I did what any normal person does: I Googled “what apps should I get?” And everywhere literally everywhere people were screaming about Goodnotes. “It’ll change your life!” they said. I rolled my eyes because, let’s be real, people on the internet are dramatic. But plot twist… they were right. It actually did change my life.
Now I have more digital notebooks than I ever had in real life, and I use them every single day. So today, I thought it’d be fun to take you through my Goodnotes setup aka the little digital universe that keeps me sane, creative, witchy, and organized.
✨ My Planner

I started with an ADHD planner from Etsy, and honestly, it was great. But then my friend surprised me with the Mastermind Taylor planner for Goodnotes a planner I had been eyeing forever and I nearly screamed.
Planning suddenly became fun again. I use it to map out my days (obviously), make to-do lists, and organize my life in a way that actually works for my brain. It’s cute, it’s functional, and it makes me feel like I have my life together even when I don’t.

🔮 My Witch Book
This one is part of my nighttime ritual. Every day I pull a tarot card, look up a spell, and set my intentions. It keeps me grounded and connected to my practice. I love reading, learning, and having a space that feels magical and personal. My witch book is like a cozy little corner of my soul and Goodnotes makes it so easy to keep everything in one place.
📊 My Junk Journal

I just started this one, inspired by a girl on TikTok who does it every day. It’s wild seeing a whole year represented in tiny dots and trackers, so I had to try it.
I track:
- How my day was
- How long I slept
- Whether I felt anxious or depressed
- How much I read
- What books, movies, and shows I finished
It’s like a snapshot of my life, one page at a time. And honestly? It’s already becoming one of my favorite notebooks.
📸 My Scrapbook

This one started on a random night with Izzy. We decided to make junk journal pages and compare them (because of course we did). I ended up loving the process so much that I turned it into part of my nightly routine.
I take photos new or old and turn them into scrapbook pages. I used to love scrapbooking as a kid, and now I get to do it again without the mess of glue sticks and paper scraps. It’s nostalgic, creative, and such a sweet way to revisit old memories.
📝 My Blog Notebook
Simple but essential. Each chapter is a month, and the first page is the whole plan for that month. Fun fact: I’m always a month ahead. So even though it’s January, I’m already working on February.
The rest of the pages are for notes, drafts, ideas, and brain dumps. Basically, it’s where the chaos becomes content.
📚 My Book Reviews

I love reading, and now I have a notebook dedicated to writing about every book I finish. It’s so satisfying to close a book and then immediately spill my thoughts onto a fresh page. It makes reading feel even more rewarding.
✨ My Sticker Book
Last but definitely not least: my sticker book.
Every day I roll from a list and pick a sticker based on the prompt. Then I go hunt for the perfect one. It’s silly, fun, and honestly one of the cutest parts of my routine. It’s like a tiny daily treasure hunt.
💛 Final Thought
Goodnotes really did change my life. It keeps me organized, inspired, and happy. I can carry all my notebooks with me anywhere, and each one feels like its own little world. I never expected a note-taking app to become such a big part of my daily life, but here we are and I love it.
