by the time you’re reading this, it’ll be a month ago for you guys, but for me writing this right now… it was just a few weeks back. And honestly, it knocked the wind out of me.

It was one of those weeks where everything felt too loud and too heavy. A whole week of panic sitting in my chest like a stone. Constant overthinking that wouldn’t let me breathe. Crying for no reason and every reason. Feeling stuck in my own head, like I couldn’t climb out no matter how hard I tried.

I didn’t really do anything that week. I couldn’t. My body felt like it was made of fear and exhaustion. And the worst part? I haven’t felt like that in so long. I thought I was past it. I thought I had outgrown that version of me the one who spirals, the one who shuts down, the one who feels like she’s drowning in her own thoughts.
I don’t even know what started it. There wasn’t a big moment or a big trigger. It just… happened. Like a wave I didn’t see coming.

But I’m better now. I’m breathing again. I’m moving again. I’m laughing again. And even though I’m okay, it still scares me how quickly everything can shift. How fast your mind can turn on you. How old wounds can still ache even when you think they’ve healed.
I guess that’s part of being human sometimes you fall back into the dark for a bit. Sometimes your brain forgets you’re safe. Sometimes you have to sit in the storm until it passes.
And it did pass.
It always does, even when it feels like it won’t.
Okay byeee, love you, go drink water and do something gentle for yourself today 💗
