So⦠hi. Iām here, and honestly thatās already something. Iāve been taking life one day at a time ā whatever shows up, I deal with it. Do I cry? Yes. Absolutely. But I also get through it, and that counts.

Lately Iāve been finding these tiny pockets of happy in the quiet moments I carve out for myself. Reading at night, playing games on my Switch, or just lying in bed breathing and letting my brain chill for a second. Those little āmeā moments feel good. They feel like mine.
Iām really thankful for the people in my life who make things lighter. The laughter, the dumb jokes, the smiles ā they help more than they know. And as for the icky people⦠yeah, no. Havenāt seen them, havenāt talked to them.

Megan sent a message to my dad and unblocked me on Instagram, so now Iām just casually liking her stories like I donāt know theyāre about me. Girl, youāre thirtyāfive. Why are we acting like this is high school.
Sarah and Emily? Nothing. They took my dad to the aquarium in June, which I āwasnāt supposed to know,ā but he literally tells me everything and heās on my Life360. Iām too tired for these little games. Yāall are older than me ā Emily, youāre twentyāfive ā please.
Anyway⦠Iām okay. I really am. Iām sad and mad sometimes, but Iām also finding real moments of joy. And that feels like enough for right now.
