Hello, my loves welcome to February, the month where we collectively admit that sometimes the bravest thing you can do is… cry on the couch and then take a nap. Truly. This month’s theme is “Cry It Out & Nap You’ll Feel Better, and Your Sadness Is Valid.”
Because it is valid.
Because you’re allowed to be soft.
Because rest is resistance.
Because healing isn’t linear, but it is real.

February is short, but she’s intense. She’s the month where emotions thaw just enough to spill over, where the body asks for gentleness, and where we learn that letting ourselves feel is not weakness it’s maintenance. So if you’ve been holding anything in, consider this your permission slip to let the tears fall and then tuck yourself in for a well-earned nap. You’re not falling apart; you’re clearing space.
🌙 What’s Coming Up This Month
I’ve got a few posts brewing in my cauldron, and they’re a whole vibe:
💘 A Witchy Post on Love
Not the Hallmark kind the real, messy, spell-soaked kind. The kind that asks you to love yourself first, even when you’re tired. Especially when you’re tired.
💍 A Rant About Where My Mom’s Rings Went
Because sometimes healing looks like screaming into the void about missing jewelry and the emotional weight attached to it. Chaos? Yes. Cathartic? Also yes.
🎉 A Few Happy Birthday Posts
Because the people I love deserve to be celebrated loudly, lovingly, and with the full dramatic flair of a Leo moon.

📖 Chapter 2 of 12 Making This Year Count
This year isn’t happening to me I’m happening to it.
And Chapter 2 is all about:
- Feeling your feelings without apology
- Resting without guilt
- Honoring the messy middle
- Choosing softness even when the world demands hardness
- Letting February be a reset instead of a race
If January was the prologue, February is the first real step into the story the part where the main character (hi, that’s me) realizes she’s allowed to rewrite the script.
So here’s to crying when we need to, napping when we must, and remembering that every emotion we feel is part of the magic of being alive.
Thanks for being here for Chapter 2.
Let’s make it count
