you’d immediately know my hobbies, my coping mechanisms, and my sleep schedule. So today I wanted to share some of my most‑used apps the ones I open without thinking, the ones that keep me entertained, organized, and slightly less chaotic.
Let’s get into it.

1. YouTube
I love YouTube. LOVE. I’m watching something on it every single day.
Sometimes it’s my friend playing a game, sometimes it’s Nintendo music or Animal Crossing sounds while I’m reading. I fall asleep to ASMR or old Minecraft videos like it’s 2013 again and honestly? No regrets.

And then… there’s my guilty pleasure.
Body cams.
Lots and lots of body cams.
Shhhhh we don’t talk about it.
2. Discord

Discord is my little digital living room. I’ve had it since 2020 and I use it for everything talking to my friends, sending memes, watching movies, video chatting with Dave and Will, and of course forcing Izzy to download it because I needed her there with me.
I also use it to talk about things I love, like Stardew Valley. It’s just such a good app for staying connected and being a nerd in peace.
3. Spotify
Music is my lifeline. I listen to it when I’m cleaning, working out, reading, working, existing… everything.
I have way too many playlists for all my different moods. Sometimes I want to listen to one artist on repeat like I’m going through something dramatic, and sometimes I want a chaotic mix. Either way, I have a playlist to get me through my day.

4. Journal App
I was using another app before this, but it kept refusing to save my entries (rude), so I went back to the journal app that came with my phone. And honestly? I love it.
It’s simple, easy to use, and part of my nightly routine. I write about what I did, how my day was, and how I was feeling. It’s grounding and comforting and very “main character writing in her diary before bed.”
5. Canva

I am a Canva whore.
I’ve been using it since I started my blog back in 2017. It’s what I use to make my thumbnails, and now I use it for work, journaling, and making wallpapers for literally every device I own phone, iPad, TV, laptop… all of them.
They’re always adding new tools, it’s easy to use, and it just makes me feel like a graphic design queen.
And that’s all the apps currently running my life, my routines, and honestly my sanity. It’s wild how a few little icons on my phone can make my days feel softer, more organized, and way more fun. If you have any apps you’re obsessed with right now, tell me I’m always looking for something new to hyperfixate on.
Okay byeee, love you, go drink water and do something gentle for yourself today 💗
