on of yourself. A dream you swore youâd always chase. A place you thought youâd stay forever. And it doesnât happen dramatically â no fireworks, no big âahaâ moment just a quiet little click inside your chest that says, âHey⌠this isnât me anymore.â

And honestly? Itâs terrifying.
Because starting over sounds romantic until youâre the one standing in the middle of your life holding scissors, trying to cut away the pieces that no longer fit. It feels like betrayal. It feels like failure. It feels like youâre walking away from a version of yourself who tried really, really hard.
But hereâs the thing Iâm learning:
Starting over isnât about erasing who you were. Itâs about honoring who youâre becoming.

Sometimes the softest, bravest thing you can do is admit that you deserve a life that feels like yours again.
Sometimes you have to let the old dream go so the new one can breathe.
Sometimes you have to step into the unknown because staying where you are is slowly shrinking you.
And sometimes maybe most of the time you donât start over because youâre ready.
You start over because staying the same hurts more than changing.

So if youâre in that inâbetween space right now, where everything feels blurry and nothing feels certain, I hope you know this:
Youâre not behind.
Youâre not failing.
Youâre not lost.
Youâre just shedding.
Youâre just shifting.
Youâre just making room.
And one day, youâll look back and realize this wasnât the end of anything it was the beginning of you.
Okay byeee, love you, go drink water and do something gentle for yourself today đ
