Hii! So I’ve been moving all my old posts back onto my site, and let me tell you… I have been reading some things. Some ancient artifacts. Some “why did I type that with confidence” moments. They’re super cringy, but they’re also part of me, so I’m not deleting them I’m just laughing at them like they’re a weird childhood photo.

And while digging through everything, I found a bunch of old “get to know me” posts I used to do. So I thought it would be fun to do a lookback post and see how my answers have changed over the years!
As always, I’ll pin the OG post on the site and link it down below so you can read the chaos in its original form.
Let’s do this!
1. WWE

OG: If you don’t know what WWE is, it is World Wrestling Entertainment! When I was about 10 I fel in love it wrestling I was a huge fan. Then about 13ish, I stopped watching. I was starting high school and was more forced on that until a year ago. I started watching it again and I like it. I’m not as big as a fan as I used to be but I still love it!
Now: I don’t really watch it anymore. I still have faves (CM Punk forever), but it’s been like five years since I actually sat down and watched a full episode. AJ Lee coming back healed my heart a little they are like a bi”s dream, but once you find out how trumpy a lot of them are… yeah. The vibe dies. The magic fades. You quietly exit the room.

2. Working Out
OG:People are always so shocked to hear I work out! I have a set schedule that I do every week! Some of it is yoga, legs, arms, or full body workouts. It varies from day to day.
Now: Still true! But the difference is I actually know how to work out now. I used to go so hard that I’d burn out and disappear for weeks. Now I take it one set at a time, plan my month, and actually enjoy it. Yes, my body hurts. Yes, sometimes I skip because I’m tired or sick. But I don’t treat that as failure I just get back to it. Also… I love running now. Which is wild.

3. Sleep
OG: Okay, this one seems ridiculous but because of my anxiety, I don’t get much sleep. Some days I’ll get a full 8 hours of sleep but then some days I’ll only get 2-3 hours of sleep. I mostly survive on naps!
Now: Yeahhhhh… still don’t sleep. Naps are still my best friend. But I’ve grown to love nighttime. Midnight to 4am feels magical to me quiet, peaceful, cozy. I read, I relax, I exist. That’s probably why I never sleep, but honestly? It’s fine.
4. Music

OG: I love all kinds of music but my favorite is country! I know that’s not a favorite to most but I grew up on country music and I’ve loved it ever since! But I also love fall out boy, panic, Taylor Swift! So I’m not really picky!

Now: Still true, but even more chaotic. I have playlists for country, k‑pop, Taylor Swift, Broadway, sad boy indie, everything. My replays right now are Sam Hunt, NCT (rip them if you know, you know), TTPD on loop, and Megan Moroney’s Cloud 9. I grew up with a family who all had different music tastes, so I learned to listen with an open mind. And thanks to Izzy, I now love Noah Kahan and his sad little forest‑boy songs.
5. Makeup
OG: Yes, I know I’m 21! But I was never a makeup person! It’s not that I hated it I just never knew what to do with it! Now I’m learning and playing around with more and more makeup and I actually like it!
Now: I love makeup. I only wear it on Saturdays, but I’ve learned so much. It’s fun to dress up, fun to add glitter, fun to feel cute. It’s become a little ritual.

6. Dyslexia
OG: You may have seemed this when I’m writing but I miss spell a lot of stuff or I word things wired that have to do with my Dyslexia. I have always had it and I’ve learned to live with it. It makes writing hard but I have different stuff that I use to help me make sure my writing makes sense and Grammarly has helped a lot with that!
Now: Still have her! And we’re thriving. I’ll always speak up about dyslexia because it doesn’t stop you from doing what you love. I adore writing and reading. I’ve learned ways to adapt, tools to help, (no ai help!!)and my autocorrect has learned my language at this point.
7. Anxiety & Social Anxiety

OG: When I was 17 I was officially diagnosed but I always kinda knew. I wish I could say what causes my anxiety but sometimes not can cause it and Ill feel so shitty that whole day. As for my Social Anxiety I can’t go out anywhere or ever talk to someone it’s so bad! One of my goals this year is to work on that!
Now: Still here, still part of me. But my social anxiety has gotten better! We did add some new members to the mental health family PTSD and OCD and I hate them, but I’m managing. I’ve opened up more about this side of me, even though it’s not fun. I did a whole post about my OCD because it’s a lot, but I’m here, and I’m handling it.
Growing up is weird. You look back at old versions of yourself and think, “Wow, she was trying her best.” And honestly? I still am. It’s fun to see what’s changed, what hasn’t, and what’s grown with me.
Okay byeee, love you, go drink water and do something gentle for yourself today 💗
