I have so many apps on my phone and iPad it’s honestly embarrassing at this point. Every time I think, “Okay, I’m done downloading things,” I somehow find three new apps that magically become my entire personality. I do these posts a lot, but I always end up finding new favorites I want to share so today we’re talking about the apps I’m loving right now!
Let’s get into it.
📸 BeReal

Izzy showed me this app when it first came out in like 2022, and it instantly became one of those “this is so simple but so fun” apps. If you don’t know, BeReal is basically a social media app where you post one photo a day when the timer goes off. No filters, no planning, no aesthetic just whatever you’re doing in that exact moment.
I stopped using it for a while, but recently I got back into it because I saw the notification to “look back” at old posts. And honestly? I loved seeing those random little snapshots of who I was and what I was doing. It’s like a tiny time capsule of everyday life. It fits perfectly with this month’s theme of finding small happies because sometimes the happy is just a silly little photo of you eating snacks at 3pm.

📓 Journal (iPhone)
This has been my journaling app for YEARS. I use it every night to talk about my day, my feelings, what I’m going through, what I’m excited about all of it. And the best part? It’s free if you have an iPhone.
It has so many features: mood tracking, prompts, photos, reflections, everything. It’s simple, clean, and easy to use, which is exactly what I need at the end of the day when my brain is tired. I will always recommend this app. It’s like a little safe space in my phone.

My comfort app. My inspiration app. My “I’m bored and need to scroll” app. My “I need ideas for literally anything” app.
I use Pinterest for EVERYTHING game inspo, blog ideas, journaling layouts, outfits, recipes, wallpapers, workout motivation, cozy vibes, you name it. It’s basically my brain in app form. I swear Pinterest was made specifically for me and only me.
There’s something so peaceful about scrolling through pretty pictures and saving things that make you happy. It’s like digital scrapbooking without the mess.
📱 Bonus: A Few More I’ve Been Loving

Because I can’t help myself…
- Canva — for making wallpapers, graphics, and cute little layouts
- Goodnotes — my ride-or-die for digital journaling and planning
- Spotify — obviously, because music is my lifeline
- Notion — when I want to pretend I’m organized
- YouTube — ASMR, gaming videos, ambience, body cams… you know the vibe
Apps are such a small part of everyday life, but they really do bring tiny sparks of joy. Whether it’s journaling before bed, scrolling Pinterest for ideas, or posting a random BeReal, these little moments make my days feel softer and more fun.
Okay byeee, love you, go drink water and do something gentle for yourself today 💗
