Itās a new month, and somehow⦠weāre almost done with 2026. I still remember planning out my year like it was last week colorācoding calendars, making lists, pretending I had any clue what the year would throw at me. And now here we are, stepping into September with whatever pieces of ourselves survived the summer.

This monthās theme is āIf itās how you feel, then itās valid to you.ā
And honestly? I think thatās the energy we all need right now. No more apologizing for emotions. No more shrinking them down so they fit neatly into someone elseās expectations. If you feel it deeply, loudly, quietly, confusingly then itās real. Itās yours. And it matters.
September is about honoring that.
Itās about letting yourself be human without needing permission. Itās about saying, āYeah, maybe this doesnāt make sense to anyone else, but it makes sense to me.ā And thatās enough.
šŗ Shows From My Childhood

This month, weāre diving into nostalgia. The shows that raised us, comforted us, shaped our humor, and probably gave us unrealistic expectations about friendship. Iām revisiting the ones that made me feel safe the ones Iād watch after school with snacks, or on Saturday mornings when life felt simple.
Expect chaos, opinions, and probably me crying over theme songs.

š Book Club
Book Club is back, babes and today weāre yeehawāing straight into a cute cowboy romācane that had me kicking my feet. Get ready to wander down South with a man who refuses to take off his cowboy hat, twirls his mustache like itās a personality trait, and somehow manages to be adorable, tall, and just the right amount of possessive.

ā Why I Love Jar Jar
Yes. Iām doing it.
A whole post dedicated to why I love Jar Jar Binks. Because someone has to defend him, and that someone is me. Expect passion. Expect chaos. Expect me to be so serious about this that it becomes funny.

š Getting Through a New Month
Starting a new month always feels like standing at the edge of something not sure if itāll be good, bad, or just weird. But September feels like a reset button. A breath. A chance to say:
āIām still here. Iām still trying. And thatās enough.ā
Getting through a new month doesnāt mean reinventing yourself. It doesnāt mean being perfect. It means showing up. It means letting yourself feel things without judging them. It means giving yourself grace when youāre tired and celebrating yourself when youāre not.Hereās to a month that feels real, gentle, and valid no matter what it brings.
Okay byeee, love you, go drink water and do something gentle for yourself today š
